Shipping Policy
Delivery geography:
- Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands:
Shipping to Spain is free for orders over €100 (VAT included). For orders under €100 (VAT included), the shipping cost is €10.

- International deliveries:
Pick-up is available from the address Avda Almazora 59 P02 Castellon De La Plana 12560, Spain. Only by prior arrangement. Also, the pick-up address can be changed in order to simplify logistics.
We can also organize delivery ourselves. The cost depends on the country of destination, weight and dimensions of the cargo.

Delivery period:
If you place an order and pay before 12:00, the goods will be shipped the same day and you will receive them the next day or the day after shipment.
The total delivery time will be 1-4 days.
If the item is ordered and paid for after 12:00, we will try to ship it the same day, but there may be a delay of 1 day. The total delivery time will be 2-4 days from the time of order and payment.

Content of delivery:
In most cases, you will receive your order in one package, but sometimes, to speed up delivery and for your convenience, we may send your order in several packages. However, the delivery time and shipping fee will remain unchanged.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times are always approximate, in 99% of cases they are met, but it must be taken into account that the couriers are travelling and it is not always possible to meet the expected deadlines.
VERY IMPORTANT: In some exceptional cases, items may be out of stock and delivery may be delayed. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can exchange the item, refund the purchase price or simply wait until we receive the item in stock.

Return Policy
If you placed an order with Grandeval and want to return it, there will be no problem. You just have to keep in mind the following:

You have 15 days to do so from the date of receipt of your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Remember that it is very important that the product or its packaging is not altered. In the event that we send you a larger item in the original packaging, you will always receive it properly protected to avoid possible changes during transport. Remember that if you want to return it, you will need to protect it in the same way or through a similar system. For health and safety reasons, items with opened packaging or security seals cannot be returned.
At Grandeval we will take care of collecting the merchandise you wish to return.
To return an order, you must return all the items included in the order. Even if they arrived in different deliveries.
All products that have been opened and put into service ARE NOT RETURNABLE. If you require it, for the products you have purchased from us, we can offer you the possibility of managing technical assistance with the manufacturer that offers the guarantee and from where it tells us how to proceed in each case.
How to make a return to Grandeval?
1. Send email on info@grandeval.com or your personal manager email. Also you can send message on contact page

2.Check the items you want to return
Tell us the address and time of receipt of the products.
Confirm that all the details are correct.
3. Once we receive your request, we will contact you via email to confirm the details of the collection.

Remember that:

You must prepare the package in advance of the established delivery time.
You must ensure that the product is adequately protected during transport. Grandeval is not responsible for returns that arrive damaged at our warehouses due to not having been packaged properly for shipping. We recommend placing the product in a box that serves as protective packaging to avoid damage to the product or its box during transit. You can use, for example, the same cardboard box in which we sent it to you, or another similar one.
It is important that the product and its original packaging are not altered. For health and safety reasons, items with opened security seals cannot be returned.
If the item arrives at our warehouse and is not in the required condition for return, you can pick up the item at our warehouse or receive it in our hands. In this case, the return of the merchandise to the buyer is done at the buyer's expense.
4. When we receive the merchandise and the warehouse confirms that everything is ok, we will pay you the amount using the same payment method you used when placing the order. This process can take approximately one week.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
